IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT for customers who have shopped at our previous (Amazon Webstore powered) online store Sortlifeout.com

This is our new online store. Unfortunately it was not possible to automatically transfer the customer database from our previous online shop. If you have ordered from us via the previous webstore eg. before 26th February 2016 you may need to register again / checkout as a guest in this online store to complete purchases. We have streamlined the categories and browsing process, updated product listings and images and made this website mobile device friendly. Payments are securely encrypted. Our prices have generally stayed the same (even though our suppliers and royal mail keep increasing costs).

We still accept Paypal as a method of payment.

All our online payment processing systems are securely encrypted offering the highest protection for transactions meeting industry standards. We have the latest credit card processing authentication systems

Visa & Mastercard 3D Payment Security

Our web site is compliant with 3D Secure credit card technology. Depending on your card issuer, your Visa or MasterCard may already be enrolled for the Verified-by-Visa or MasterCard SecureCode schemes. These schemes ensure that your card cannot be misused on the internet as it requires cardholder authentication for every transaction. Are there any hidden charges or additional postage charges for non-mainland UK delivery?

All our online prices include VAT & delivery within mainland UK unless otherwise specified. Orders placed over the phone are subject to a small fee. Please see below for more information regarding telephone orders.

NON-MAINLAND UK ORDERS - PLEASE NOTE: For some heavy or valuable goods such as Bottled Distilled Water or Water Distillers there may be additional postage charges for delivery outside mainland UK and overseas. We will contact you prior to shipping if required.

For shipping of some heavy or bulky items (eg. Distilled water and water distillers) to non-mainland UK areas (eg. Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Jersey etc.) and overseas additional postage (on top of shipping charges applied during checkout) may be required. In these cases we will contact the customer with more accurate postage charges before proceeding with the order.

Can I order over the phone?

Unfortunately telephone payments have not been enabled in our payment processing systems. Also as we are primarily an internet based company to save costs and keep our prices as competitive as possible and low we no longer offer telephone ordering service over the telephone.

Normally we wait for the cheque to clear once paid in so please allow additional 2-5 working days after cheques have been received by us. Please note we only accept UK bank issued cheques or cheques in pounds sterling (GBP).


Alternative Delivery Options

We can deliver to a different address than your billing address. You can specify an alternative delivery address when placing an order online.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Each product listing page has an expected postage processing time. During check out you may be able to choose alternative postage options.

The expected ship date and delivery date should be specified at time of ordering and in the order confirmation e-mail.

Most of the time we post orders within 1-2 working days (subject to availability).

Goods sent by 1st class mail / Special delivery / UK Mail / UPS to a mainland UK address normally arrive within 1-2 working days after posting, but this is not guaranteed.


Goods sent by 2nd class mail / Home delivery Network / Yodel etc. normally take approx. 2-5 working days to arrive.

Can you send goods out the same day with next day delivery?

This is our new online store. Where is my order? When will my order be delivered?

The expected ship date and delivery date should be specified during the checkout process and in the order confirmation e-mail. If goods required more urgently please contact us urgently to cancel or amend your order.

1) The product description pages usually have estimated availability / processing times
eg. 1-2 working days or 5-10 working days so one can see if reasonable waiting time.

2) Please check email junk / spam mail folders for emails from ourselves

3) For most online orders, to check order status & updates and to contact us regarding an order, you can login to your online account (with your registered email address)

Normally when you complete an online order in our online store you should receive an email order confirmation from our online shop. Please check your spam / junk mail folders & settings as emails often go there by mistake.

Depending on the checkout option you used your order should be stored on our online shop system or if it was a guest order you may have received a link to track the order status.

I have not received a confirmation email, what shall I do?

PLEASE NOTE: Due to spam filtering some email accounts for example ending. @hotmail.com, @aol.com do not receive e-mail order confirmations and email order updates sent from our online shop. To ensure you receive order confirmation please use main email accounts if possible eg. ending @btinternet.com, @ntlworld.com etc.

Depending on the checkout option you used your order should be stored on our online shop system or if it was a guest order you may have received a link to track the order status.

Do you post orders Overseas to Europe and Worldwide?
If so how much does international postage cost?

We can post most goods to overseas destinations (We are based in London, United Kingdom)

We do our best to include delivery within the price where we can (for some light items) however an additional postage charge may apply especially if the value of the order is £50.00 or more. This is to cover postage options that have tracking options (eg. International Signed for service or Courier delivery). Additional insurance / compensation is available upon request.

If you are not sure please place the order online or over the phone then we will contact you by e-mail with the additional charge if one applies.

Often small orders to European countries may arrive within 2 - 5 working days (depending on postage method and stock availability). However for international orders please allow 1-2 weeks for goods to arrive after date of posting. Orders sometimes arrive after 2-3 weeks but this is a minority.

Please allow longer for delivery during Festive seasons like Christmas and in case of severe weather conditions.

Do you have a retail outlet or a collection point where I can collect my order?

We can arrange for goods to be made available for collection at office reception in Stockwell, SW9 9ER if required. Please contact us before coming to the office as goods may be in one of our warehouses. Please allow normal delivery time ie. at least 1-2 working days (can be longer for some items) as goods may need to arrive at our office from our warehouse.

Please contact us by email or via our contact page before coming for collection as goods need to be made ready for collection from the warehouse.

Can I order bulk / Wholesale?

We do our best to keep our prices very competitive. Our Ear Candles & Distilled Water prices are set so that the larger the order quantity you buy the cheaper it gets per unit so generally we do not offer any trade / practitioner discounts at the moment.

Returns Policy - Money Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with goods received from us please see our Returns policy here . In order to process a return please contact us by e-mail or go to the RETURNS link at the bottom of any page within 7 days of receiving delivery. Please return goods in as good as new condition within 30 days. Please note not all goods can be sent for a refund for hygiene purposes. Please note we do not pay postage for returns. International, signed for, courier costs are not refundable. Returns must be suitable packaged and received by us in as good as new and resellable condition. We do not exchange opened, used or damaged products. Reasonable admin and restocking fees will apply if goods are not resellable. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if returns are not received by us in reasonable condition.
